Massimo-CirasinoAbraham Joseph, Founder and CEO of the Device Management Forum and Managing Partner, Inteligentis Limited

Abraham is the founder and CEO of the Device Management Forum, an industry group formed to promote the interests of key stakeholders in device management and of which Nokia is a sponsor member.

He is also managing partner of Inteligentis a boutique research and consulting group which he founded in 2001.

He has over 20 years experience in telecommunications and IT and has managed major projects for investors, regulators, telecommunications and cable TV operators, equipment vendors, independent software vendors and enterprises.

Prior to founding the Device Management Forum and Inteligentis, Abraham worked as Consulting Director at Ovum, and before that, Director of Consulting at Gartner.

Before his career in consulting and research, Abraham worked for over ten years in the vendor community (Nortel and then Alcatel) in a variety of strategy, marketing, business development and product management roles. Previously, he worked as a systems engineer at BT.

Abraham has an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of the South Bank.

Abraham writes for a number of influential publications such as GSM World Focus, Total Telecom and Mobile Europe and has chaired as well as been a frequent speaker at international conferences on topics such as fixed mobile convergence, mobile device management, mobile device security, IMS and mobile terminals outsourcing.

Bashar HantouliBashar Hantouli, CEO, Beecell Corporation

Mr. Bashar Hantouli is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Beecell Corporation, one of the pioneering Arab GSM value added services providers. Mr. Hantouli is one of the founding members of this corporation, which was founded in the year 2004. Beecell is offering products and services to more than 30 Mobile Network Operators, in the Middle East and North Africa regions (MENA) at large with a wide range of services.

Mr. Hantouli has a more than eight years experience in mobile value added services. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which he had obtained from Delaware University in the United States of America in the year 1991.

When he got back from the USA, Mr. Bashar Hantouli worked at Al Basmah Trade Company as the assistant to the General Manager's between the periods of 1991-2001, where he was responsible for the Business development and the company's local real-estate investments.

On the side of his work at Al- Basmah, Mr. Al- Hantouli founded his own private company, Xircon International. He founded his company in 1998 in Amman. Xircon was specialized in designing, developing, and hosting of internet websites.

Mr. Bashar Al- Hantouli is now 42 years old, he is married, and resides in Amman, Jordan.

Mohamed AlhashiliMohamed Alhashili, CEO, Mazoon Mobile

Mohamed Alhashili has over 19 years of experience in the telecom industry. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. He started in the field of satellite Communications and moved on to the commercial field of Mobile telecommunication for the past 15 years. Mohamed held various managerial and leadership positions throughout his career, but his main expertise remain in marketing and commercial fields of Mobile communications. Mohamed held various positions with Batelco and Zain in Bahrain.

Currently, Mohamed is the CEO of Mazoon Mobile, a licensed MVNO in the Sultanate of Oman and who has been in operation since November 21st 2009. Prior to joining Mazoon Mobile, Mohamed held the position of Marketing Director of Zain, Bahrain. He has a thorough understanding of the Mobile industry and start-up operations as he was a key member of Zain start-up operations in Bahrain as well as Batelco’s mobile start up back in 1995.

Mohamed has regularly participated in the GSM Association Plenary meetings and the GSM Arab Interest Group and contributed through his 3 years chairmanship of the GSM Arab World from 2000 to 2003. He had also participated in numerous regional and international conferences presenting a variety of Mobile industry related topics. He attended extensive telecom, marketing and leadership trainings and workshops including Harvard Business school leadership programs.

RajamanoharRaja Manohar, co-founder and Managing director, Hexolabs

Rajamanohar, co-founder and Managing director of Hexolabs, a mobile technology company with a prime focus on innovating Value added services for emerging markets.

He heads an interdisciplinary research team that develops grounded solutions around mobile telephony services to reach out to the rural masses. With the increasing penetration of mobile services, especially in multilingual rural India, He strongly believes that voice based mobile technology solution holds the key to the future of healthcare, governance and entertainment information services.

He holds a graduate degree in Industrial design from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.He still continues his association with academics as a guest faculty at Design programme, IITK. Raja was recently conferred the 'TED India Fellowship 2009', an international fellowship program designed to bring together young world-changers and trailblazers who have shown exceptional accomplishment.

I graduated from Syracuse University in 1995 with a BA degree in Economics and got an MBA degree from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. While I was working as a consultant in New York, I got an IT certificate in Internet Technologies from New York University.

I started my career in 1995, as a junior auditor in Deloitte&Touche/Istanbul. While working for my MBA degree in Boston, I had internships in State Street Bank and Monitor Company. After graduating from Babson, from 1998 to 2000, I worked as a consultant in Monitor Company focusing on telecommunication and retailing projects at their New York branch.

In June 2000, I returned to Turkey and started working for Koç Holding as the New Business Development Manager. I managed the M&A deal of Apple Turkey for Koç Group as a acquisition from the Komili family. I established the first internet travel company in Turkey called Bookinturkey. I became the board members for Apple and Bookinturkey after the deals were finalized. I was the leader of the first comprehensive e-transformation project in Turkey for the Koç group with Cisco group. In 2002, I became the Strategic Planning Manager of Koç IT Group, and with in the same year, I transferred to Tanı Marketing Corporation. Tanı is the first direct database marketing company in Turkey specialized in customer segmentation with need base analysis and has a unique customer base of 26 million customers. Tanı Marketing is also a Koç group company. At Tanı I started as the Operations and Planning Group Manager and later worked as the Strategic Planning Manager.

In 2004, I became the Business Development Manager for Arçelik Corporation. Arçelik is the 6 biggest white goods and home electronics producer and retailer in the world with a revenue of 6 Billion dollars. From 2005 to 2007 I worked as the Marketing Group Manager for Arçelik. As the marketing manager I was responsible for production plans, pricing, new business development, CRM based costumer management, the marketing activities for vendors of Arçelik and advertising activities of Arçelik branded white goods and electronic products. As the Marketing Group Manager, I managed 1 Billion TL budget.

On July 2007, I started working as the Strategic Planning Director in Avea Communication Services Corporation. Avea is a mobile operator in Turkey with 12,6 million subscribers and 2.4 Billon TL in annual revenues. As the Strategic Planning Director I was responsible for the pricing of all tariffs, marketing and company strategies, auditing of marketing budget and new business development accordingly to brand’s strategies. Since January 2009, I am working as Corporate Customer Segment and MVNO Director and still continue as the acting Strategic Planning Director. As the Corporate Customer Segment Director, I am responsible for the corporate brand identity and advertisement communications, corporate tariffs, corporate dealer marketing activities, CRM activities of SME and corporate customers. In addition to Corporate Customer Segment Director, I am also responsible for the MVNO segment. As the MVNO director I established the first MVNO business model in Turkish telecommunication market and deployed Fenercell and GSMobile that are two soccer club brands as the first pre-MVNOs in Turkey. As the MVNO Segment Director I am also responsible for managing the business partners operations and formation of new partnerships.
